Reactors with Jacket have a uniform heating speed, high-energy utilization, low cost, etc. Reactor with Jacket arrangement is used to mixing materials (two or more liquid, solid and gas) to promote its response by mixer on a constant pressure and temperature. Two or more medium for heating or cooling can be opted simultaneously for better heat transfer at different levels by designing the reactors with double Jacket. For reacting fluids under laminar flow, jacketed reactors have the tendency to affect the flow at the bottom and walls of the vessel, since the low temperature in these regions causes the fluid to have a higher viscosity in comparison to the rest of the vessel.
